11.25 in. x 9.95 in. x 0.95 in. 6061 aluminum mounting plate for Tormach microARC 6 4th axis rotaries. The plate is reversible for +X or -X mounting location. While the subplate ca n mount directly to the 1500MX table it is intended to mount to an SMW fixture plate and utilize 1/2" locating pins for fast, repeatable setup. Product includes: (1) 6061 aluminum subplate (10) 1/2-13 x 1.25" low-profile socket head screws (for mounting rotary to subplate and subplate to fixture plate) If mounting to your machine table the bolts and t-nuts included with the microARC should be used for securing the subplate to your table. To use the 16mm alignment key on your microARC push the rotary against the non-angled section of the keyway on the subplate before securing the rotary to the plate. For best results we recommend removing the key and tramming the rotary the first time you install it on the subplate. Subplates contain a few additional 1/2-13 tapped holes which are used in our manufacturing process. Show more
