The TP XXL blue thin, is approx 135mm x 55mm x 9mm. Being a thin block, you might ask where do we use these in the hoof care scenario. We'll use these on the larger cattle where the normal XXL is too thick. For example. Where there is a lesion on the rear-medial (inner) claw, and only a little bit of extra height is required to transfer weight to the outer claw. Where there is a lesion on the front-lateral (outer) claw, and only a little bit of extra height is required to transfer weight to the inner claw. Also, we use these to " Preventative Block " bulls. Where we'll apply one to each rear claw (4), to act as wear-protection, just prior to the bulls starting natural-mating. The concept is that the blocks absorb the pressure-forces, protecting the soft hooves, and there is NO wear.
