The TP XXL Orange thin, is approx 135mm x 55mm x 9mm. Being a thin block, you might ask were do we use these in a hoof care scenario. We'll use these on the larger cattle where the normal XXL is too thick. For example, Where there is a lesion on the rear-medial (inner) claw, and only a little bit of extra height is required to transfer the weight to the outer claw. Where there is a lesion on the front-lateral (outer) claw, and only a little bit of height is required to transfer the weight to the inner claw. Also, we use these to " Preventative Block " Bulls. Where we'll apply one to each rear claw (4), to act as wear-protection, just prior to the bulls starting natural-mating. The concept is that the blocks absorb the pressure-forces, protect the soft hooves, and there is NO wear.
