Well made triple expansion marine engine, typical of nineteenth century practice with condensor and air pump, slide valves with Stephenson's reversing gear. Drain cocks to all cyli nders, wheel regulator valve, all pipe fittings flanged and bolted. Built to the O.B.Bolton design, revised and described in "Model Engineer" by John Bertinat. The same builder was responsible for an excellent Allchin, the Liverpool and Manchester "Lion" we have in stock and a rather nice Bentley rotary aero engine in 1/6th scale.
