The timur berry has strong citrusy notes of grapefruit and contains a high level of zinc, a potent mineral essential for improving the immunity of the body. *Mount Kanchenjunga: Kanchenjunga is located at the eastern end of the Himalayas, on the border of Nepal, India, and Sikkim.
