Tuesday Night and Thursday Morning Spring Clinic April 7 - June 23 The Runinn in Tsawwassen offers a variety of clinics every Tuesday evening and Thursday Morning starting at 6:30pm. Price reflects GST. Walk- This program is designed for anyone interested in learning about the benefits of power walking. We will have a certified leader and begin at 30-40 minutes working up to a one-hour power walk. Learn to Run 5km- This program is designed for the beginner runner or the runner who is coming back to running. We start with a 1-minute run and 4 minutes walk and then gradually increase to a 30 minutes run. The goal is to complete a 5km run. 8 km Group- Graduates of the Learn to Run Group would love this group as they build up to the 8km distance Pace Groups- These groups are designed for the individual who wants to complement their training with a speed workout. Pace starts at 11-minute mile & increases to 7 minute miles. Strength & pacing is the main goal of these groups. Thursday Mornings are a more relaxed run to get your day started right! Get your workout in, then join us for coffee.
