This little warm elm bedside chest is our own design rather than a reproduction of an old Chinese piece, but the construction and overall look are in keeping with furniture from th e Ming dynasty. The two drawers are dovetail jointed and mounted on wooden runners, with the round backed brass handles adding oriental style. Use a pair either side of a bed or place one next to a sofa as a lamp table. NB. Interior scenes were created using AI-generated renderings to illustrate how this unit may appear in a styled setting.
