From the beautiful tea-loving Uji area, leaves steamed the normal amount, not Chumushi or Fukamushi. It has a lovely aroma and is as smooth as silk. A great cup of tea! When we mak e this tea somehow the cup just empties. Ingredients: Japan green tea Brewing Instructions Use 1 rounded teaspoon of tea per 6 ounces of water. Bring water to 150-160° F. Pour over leaves; steep for 2 minutes. Remove leaves from tea. Enjoy! Reinfuse 3-4 times, increasing time by 50% each infusion. Show more
