By putting pressure in this area of the foot it relieves the pain associated with plantar fasciitis. We’ve included 3 levels of pad so that you can adjust the pressure you need. Level 1 is soft, Level 2 is Medium and Level 3 is Firm. We recommend that you start with Level 2 and as you recover switch to level 1. If you require more compression use Level 3.
