The remaining balance is due on or before harvest. ⸻ Estimated Take-Home Weights Actual weights vary based on the animal, but typical take-home amounts are: Whole hog: ~180–240 lbs Half hog: ~90–120 lbs Split orders receive a balanced mix of cuts from the whole animal. ⸻ What to Expect (Cuts Overview) Your share will include a variety of premium and everyday cuts, such as: Pork chops Bacon Ham Pork roasts Ribs Pork belly Ground pork Breakfast sausage Italian sausage Cut options can be customized based on your preferences. ⸻ Cut Instructions After harvest, the butcher will contact you directly to collect your cutting instructions.
