Vanilla Bean Simple Syrup | Madagascar Vanilla. Nothing Hiding. See those little black specks in the bottle? That's not a quality issue. That's the proof of quality: actual Madagascar vanilla bean in your syrup, exactly where it's supposed to be. Vanilla Bean Simple Syrup by Pink House Alchemy is a labor of love built from raw vanilla beans sourced from Madagascar, split, scraped, and double-filtered so every part of the bean ends up in the bottle and nothing goes to waste. The result is a vanilla syrup with a depth, richness, and warmth that vanilla extract alone can never deliver. This is not vanilla flavoring. This is not vanilla extract dressed up in a bottle. This is the whole bean (pods, seeds, oils) steeped into a cane sugar base alongside vanilla extract for a double-layered vanilla profile that hits immediately and lingers in the best possible way. Crafted exclusively by Pink House Alchemy and available only at Legendary Aviation Coffee Company. Year-round. The vanilla fuel additive your cup deserves. Flavor Profile: Rich Madagascar Vanilla, Creamy, Warm & Complex Vanilla Bean Simple Syrup opens with the full, round sweetness of real Madagascar vanilla: that warm, slightly floral, deeply aromatic profile that comes from one of the world's most prized vanilla origins. Madagascar Bourbon vanilla is considered the gold standard for a reason: higher vanillin content, deeper aroma, and a creamy, almost custard-like sweetness that synthetic vanilla has been trying to imitate for decades without success. The double application, whole bean plus extract, means you get the full spectrum of vanilla character, from the bright aromatic top note down to the deep, warm finish. Every sip tastes like someone cared about what went into your cup. Because they did. Product Specs Detail What You're Getting Size 16oz Bottle Crafted By Pink House Alchemy | Exclusive to Legendary Aviation Coffee Company Ingredients Cane Sugar, Water, Madagascar Vanilla Beans, Vanilla Extract, Lactic Acid Vanilla Origin Madagascar | Gold Standard for Vanilla Quality Process Whole beans split, scraped, and double-filtered: every part of the bean used Flavor Profile Rich, Creamy, Warm | Full Spectrum Madagascar Vanilla Availability Year-Round No Corn Syrup Never. Not once. Not ever. Best Used In Coffee, Espresso, Lattes, Cold Brew, Tea, Cocktails, Baking, Desserts The Black Specks Are the Point Most vanilla syrups are clear, uniform, and completely devoid of anything that proves a real vanilla bean was ever involved. Vanilla Bean Simple Syrup has black specks. Those are vanilla bean seeds, the most flavor-dense part of the pod, suspended in the syrup because Pink House Alchemy splits the beans, scrapes every seed into the batch, and double-filters just enough to remove the pod material without stripping out what matters. If you're pouring a syrup and wondering where the vanilla went, you're using the wrong syrup. If you can see it, you can taste it. That's the standard. How to Use Vanilla Bean Simple Syrup The Madagascar Mission | Vanilla Bean Latte 1oz Vanilla Bean Simple Syrup 8oz brewed coffee or two shots espresso 6oz steamed milk of choice Optional: whipped cream and a slow drizzle of Vanilla Bean Syrup on top Add 1oz Vanilla Bean Simple Syrup to your mug. Steam or froth 6oz of milk: whole milk for richness, oat milk for a slightly sweeter, creamier result. Both are mission-approved. Pour brewed coffee or espresso over the steamed milk. FAA Agent DECAF or Colombian Cub from the coffee fleet are the recommended pairings: the sweet, smooth and exquisite flavor profiles let the Madagascar vanilla lead without competition. Top with whipped cream and a slow drizzle of syrup if you want the full visual. Those black specks on top of whipped cream are the mark of a cup that was made with intention. This is the vanilla latte that ends the search. Rich, creamy, and complex in a way that makes the coffee shop version feel like it was holding back. Vanilla Bean French 75 | The Flight Line Toast 0.5oz Vanilla Bean Simple Syrup 1.5oz gin or cognac 0.5oz fresh lemon juice 3oz champagne or prosecco, chilled Lemon twist for garnish Combine Vanilla Bean Syrup, gin, and lemon juice in a shaker with ice. Shake for 10 seconds: just enough to chill and combine. Strain into a chilled champagne flute. Top slowly with champagne or prosecco. Don't rush the pour. Garnish with a lemon twist expressed over the glass. The vanilla bean softens the brightness of the lemon and lifts the floral gin notes into something elegant and completely disarming. The French 75 is a celebration cocktail. Madagascar vanilla bean makes it a Legendary one. Vanilla Bean Cold Brew Add 1oz to a 12oz cold brew over ice. The creamy, aromatic vanilla comes forward beautifully cold and bridges the natural chocolate and caramel notes in any full-bodied cold brew. Pair with Whistling Corsair or Colombian Cub for a cold brew combination that tastes like a vanilla mocha without the effort. Add a splash of oat milk to finish. This one disappears fast.
