Almond and vanilla share certain volatile compounds, so the almond lets the vanilla announce itself right from the top. This is what gives the fragrance its power: where most vanillas take half an hour to bloom and then cling close to the skin, this one radiates immediately, with real sillage and presence. A touch of Benzoin rounds out the opening with warmth. At the heart sits an obsession: four different vanillas, each chosen for the face its extraction method reveals. A Vanilla Tincture, based in ethanol, lifts first alongside the sweet almond. A Vanilla CO₂ bridges the top to the heart. A Vanilla Absolute from Madagascar settles into the heart and base. And finally, a Vanilla Twentyfold Absolute, the most enveloping of all, the kind that stays with you forever.
