Production Process Ingredients: Made from a selection of high-quality Italian grape pomace, including Pinot Grigio, Refosco, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Gaglioppo, and Magliocco. Distillation: Slow steam distillation in a bain-marie-style alembic pot still, preserving the delicate flavors of the grapes. Aging: Aged in oak barrels for up to two years, allowing the spirit to develop rich flavors and a golden hue. Tasting Notes Appearance: Light golden color, reflecting its time spent in oak barrels.
