Designs in this sustainable wooden brush range have emerged gradually through the years, and this classic and functional vegetable brush is no exception. Handmade from oil-treated birch wood and ‘union mixture’ bristles - a mix of Tampico and Palmyra fibres. The refined concave shape feels good in the hand and gives a steady grip; the ‘union mixture’ bristles are naturally stiff, strong and water-resistant, making it a superb brush for scrubbing potatoes and root vegetables. Along with its durable and long-wearing design, it is pleasing to the eye with its hand-sewn detail of bristles, bound with stainless steel wire.
