This liquid vegetable rennet is a *double strength* microbial vegetarian rennet. Liquid rennet is easy to measure and add to milk, which makes it a favorite for both beginner and a dvanced cheese makers alike. *Adjust recipe as needed to accomodate for "double strength". For example if the recipe calls for 1 drop of rennet diluted in 1/4 cup of water; use 1 drop double-strength liquid vegetable rennet diluted in 1/2 cup of water and use only 1/4 cup in recipe.
