Selected from 6,000 garnacha and cariñena vines planted in 1952, this wine is organic - not only in the viticultural sense of the word, but also in terms of taste. There's plenty o f fresh fruit here, in scents of cherries and strawberries, but the primary scent is raw meat-like carpaccio loaded with capers. The palate is tense, with remarkable depth, so you can virtually breathe it. A wine full of character, to drink with morcilla and mashed potatoes. Score - 95.
