Palate: Medium-bodied and softly textured, this wine offers a crisp core of ripe orchard fruit and refined minerality, finishing with a clean, gently persistent echo. Vinification: Grown at approximately 450 m altitude on shallow molasse soils in the Geneva appellation, the Viognier vines are trained via Guyot system with yield capped near 70 hl/ha. Stainless steel fermentation preserves vivid varietal character and supports a lively finish.
