A breath-led somatic session that supports release, regulation, and embodied movement. Somatic Movement is a 60-minute private session guided primarily through the breath, with movement invited as a natural extension of what your body is ready to release. Unlike the Somatic Breathwork Journey, which is mostly experienced lying down, this session offers more space for movement to emerge. You may be guided to stand, sway, stretch, dance or move freely—always at your own pace and according to what feels supportive in your body. reath remains the anchor throughout the session, helping to bring awareness to areas of tension, activation, or trapped energy. From there, movement becomes a way to meet, express, and soften what has been held—without force, choreography, or performance. This is a permission-based practice. You’re never asked to push, perform, or “do it right.” The focus is on listening inwardly and allowing the breath to guide how and when movement wants to happen.
