This workshop is a safe space to reflect, renew, and set your intentions for the new year. There will be guided meditation to clear your mind and bring in good energy. Journaling and a sound bath to create a clear vision for the new year, in doing so, creating a more precise visualization for goal setting and vision board creation. Specialized tea and light snacks will be provided. All participants will receive one complimentary edited professional headshot so you can bring in the new year with an updated profile photo for your social/business account or LinkedIn.
