Product Description SpotSee® WarmMark Short‑Run is a single‑use, ascending time‑temperature indicator designed to reveal when goods have been exposed to temperatures above their allowable limit. Once activated, the indicator irreversibly changes from white to red when the threshold is exceeded, providing clear, visual evidence of a temperature excursion. Short‑Run WarmMark indicators are available in two formats: multi‑dot models (Brief, Moderate, Prolonged exposure windows) and single‑window timed models (8h, 12h, 48h). This allows precise monitoring across a wide range of cold‑chain applications, from frozen goods to ambient‑sensitive products. SpotSee is a trusted partner brand, distributed in the UK and EU by Good Life Innovations Ltd. Features & Benefits Feature Benefit Irreversible colour change Permanent proof of heat exposure Multi‑dot or single‑window formats Choose between exposure‑duration insight or fixed timed windows ±1°C / ±2°F accuracy Reliable, consistent temperature monitoring Wide threshold range (–18°C to 37°C) Suitable for frozen, chilled, and ambient‑sensitive goods 2‑year shelf life Long‑term readiness for deployment Simple pull‑tab activation Fast, field‑ready use with no tools or training required Applications Pharmaceuticals & vaccines Biologics, test kits, tissue samples Meal kits, chocolates, flowers, perishables Chemicals, paints, industrial goods Any temperature‑sensitive shipment requiring proof of heat exposure Specifications Accuracy: ±1°C / ±2°F Shelf Life: 2 years from date of sale Storage: Store below the response temperature and below 55% RH Activation: Precondition at least 5°C below threshold for 30 minutes; pull tab to arm Run‑Out Logic: Run‑out times are based on a constant temperature 2°C above the threshold. Brief and Moderate windows are guidance; Prolonged is controlled to specification. Formats: Multi‑dot: Brief / Moderate / Prolonged exposure windows Single‑window: 8h, 12h, 48h timed indicators How It Works (Usage Guide) Precondition: Place the indicator at least 5°C below its activation threshold for 30 minutes. Arm: Fold up and pull the activation tab until the barrier film is fully removed. Apply: Adhere to a clean, dry surface on the product or inside the packaging. Monitor: If the threshold is exceeded, the indicator changes from white to red. Multi‑dot models show progression through Brief → Moderate → Prolonged. Assess: On receipt, inspect the indicator to determine whether a temperature excursion occurred. Important Notice: WarmMark QR Transition SpotSee is transitioning certain single‑window WarmMark models to the new WarmMark QR format. This change will be phased in over the next 3–24 months depending on inventory levels. Orders may be fulfilled with either version during the transition period. Both versions meet the same time‑temperature specifications.
