The Pha-zaire™ wine aeration system has a unique double-wall glass aerator design with strategically placed oxygenation openings which control the flow of the wine as it passes thr ough each phase of the aerator and into the decanter. The stainless steel sediment filter inside the aerator will extract sediment from your wine. The decanter is made of crystal clear glass with an elegant design and thick base. Unique 3 Phase Process! This set has a unique design with a 3 phase aeration and oxygenation system that brings decanting to a whole new and higher level. Phase One: The process begins by pouring the wine through the stainless steel filter, catching sediment while dispersing into the aerator. Phase Two: The wine is gently dispersed again, this time through holes in the aerator into a specially designed globe, providing a new aeration phase. Phase Three: The wine continues into the bottom of the aerator and travels strategically out and onto the sides of the decanter providing superior aeration and oxygenation. Finally, the wine comes to rest in the decanter ending the journey bursting with flavour and scent.
