The patented Pha-zaire™ aerator has a unique double-wall glass design with strategically placed oxygenation openings which control the flow of the wine as it passes through each phase of the aerator and into the decanter.Unique 3 Phase Process! This set has a unique design with a 3 phase aeration and oxygenation system that brings decanting to a whole new and higher level.Phase One: The process begins by pouring the wine through the stainless steel filter, catching sediment while dispersing into the aerator.Phase Two: The wine is gently dispersed again, this time through holes in the aerator into a specially designed globe, providing a new aeration phase.Phase Three: The wine continues into the bottom of the aerator and travels strategically out and onto the sides of the decanter providing superior aeration and oxygenation.
