While most rooibos is cultivated on farms in the Cederberg, wild rooibos grows at altitude in protected mountain terrain - harvested in small quantities, needle-thin and lightly pr ocessed. The difference in the cup is marked: less sweetness, more earth, a dry mineral edge that plantation rooibos rarely achieves. Naturally caffeine-free and rich in antioxidants.
