It provides a velvety and moist texture when either Casseroled, Stewed, Curried or Low and Sl ow Smoked on the Barbeque. All of our beef is sourced from 100% Australian farms that specialize in Grass Fed animals, with high Animal Welfare standards. Using our intergenerational knowledge, we hand selected a small handful of Suppliers from around the best producing parts of Australia, to exclusively source our beef from.
