This private yoga class is a professional 1-on-1 class that is customized to your level and your area of focus. Taught by M. Raven Townsend, certified Experienced Yoga Teacher (E-R YT200) with Yoga Alliance. Class level ranges from beginner to intermediate and incorporate Ayurveda theory throughout the class.
