A general purpose magnetic power switch rated for a hefty 45 amps. This is a general purpose switch designed for remote controlled equipment. The switch is very small and robust. With it, your equipment or model can be turned on or off without you needing to access it internally. Just wave a magnet over the switch from the outside of your model and it turns on. To turn it off just pass the magnet by the switch again. These switches also have an ultra low standby consumption in the off-state, so low that the switch can be connected to even a small battery for several years without discharging it. The switch also remembers its state for 10 sec if disconnected from the battery as a failsafe against power glitches caused by bad battery connections, etc. There are also many other applications it can be used in such as R/C submarines, diving lights, immobilizer for motorcycles and cars, etc. Production testAll switches have been tested with 20A for 30 sec before delivery.
