We produce a range of organic, gut-friendly products, including Sauerkraut, Kimchi and Kombucha. Made locally from all natural ingredients, at our eco-friendly facility near the historic Bridgewater Canal in Manchester, every batch is hand-made, fermented for a minimum of three weeks, and always 100% unpasteurised.
