At Coquí del Monte Coffee, we believe that the best coffee is grown where the air is thin and the spirit is thick. We didn't start this roastery to be a faceless commodity; we started it to honor the "Monte," the high-altitude, emerald-green peaks where the Coquí frog sings its nightly anthem.
