A Step to Freedom
A Step to Freedom, a nonprofit, was founded in 1991 by Los Angeles Native, Kenneth Croom. He envisioned providing a space for participants to recover from substance abuse, learn trades and/or start a business in support of their efforts to attain self-sufficiency.
