The RNase inhibitor (RNase inhibitor) is a specific ribonuclease (RNase) inhibitor that exists in human placenta. The principle of specific inactivation of RNase is: non-covalent bond with RNase to form a complex, resulting in RNase is inactivated. The product is a purified recombinant murine RNase inhibitor expressed in E.coli in soluble form. It can extensively inhibit various RNases (RNase A, B, C). According to RT-PCR and RT-qPCR, this product can be compatible with HifairTM V Reverse Transcriptase (Cat#11300) and various DNA Polymerases. Compared to human-derived RNase inhibitors, the murine version lacks two oxidation-sensitive cysteines, giving it higher antioxidant stability and making it better suited for DTT-sensitive applications like qPCR. The product can be applied to 1st strand synthesis of cDNA, polysome isolation, in vitro reverse transcription and in vitro cell-free translation system. This glycerol-free formulation is specially designed for lyophilization. Application This product is ideal for preventing RNA degradation in any workflow where RNase contamination may occur, including: cDNA synthesis & RT-PCR – Compatible with both PCR and qPCR systems. In vitro transcription/translation – Protects RNA in systems such as viral replication assays. RNA isolation & purification – Maintains RNA integrity throughout the process. RNase protection assays – Ensures accurate and reliable results. Figures 1.Highly effective RNase inhibition activity Figure 1. Freeze-Dried Product Forms Using Yeasen's RNA lyophilizable reagent (Cat#16645ES), which contains Murine RNase Inhibitor (200 U/µL, Glycerol-free) (Cat#10703), both in situ freeze-drying and freeze-dried microspheres were successfully prepared. The in situ freeze-dried product showed a smooth surface with no collapse or tube gap. The microspheres were uniform, plump, and smooth. 3.No residual exonuclease, nicking enzyme, or RNase. Figure 3. No detectable residues of exonuclease, nicking enzyme, or RNase. N* stands for negative control; 1, 2 and 3 are 3 batches.
