Purification Recovery Performance in ATAC Library Preparation ATAC library purification performance was assessed using Yeasen ATAC & CUT&Tag–dedicated magnetic beads, A* ATAC magnetic beads, and the commonly cited Q* column-based purification kit. Yeasen magnetic beads generated ATAC libraries with recovery efficiency and library profiles equivalent to those obtained using the Q* column-based kit, demonstrating robust DNA recovery and reliable performance for ATAC-seq workflows.
