The Hieff™ Blood/Cell/Tissue/Bacteria DNA Fast Kit utilizes a unique lysis buffer to rapidly lyse cells, employing a silica membrane centrifuge column to specifically adsorb DNA, e liminating the need for toxic reagents such as phenol-chloroform and avoiding time-consuming alcohol precipitation, thereby maximizing the removal of proteins and other inhibitory impurities. Suitable for the efficient extraction of genomic DNA from various materials (whole blood, animal tissue cells, mouse tails, Escherichia coli, etc.). The extracted DNA can be directly used for experiments such as enzyme digestion, PCR, Southern Blot, and virus detection. Features 1. Easy purification of high-quality DNA from whole blood, animal tissue and cells, mouse tails, Escherichia coli, etc.. 2. High-quality DNA is eluted with DNA Elution Buffer or water.
