Electrophoresis of E. coli RNA extraction products Take 4 portions of 2 mL of E. coli suspension, use 19301 and similar products from supplier T brand to extract total RNA, and elute with 50 ul RNase-free H2O. Then take 1 ul of the eluate to determine the concentration. Take 5 ul of the eluate to identify the RNA integrity and band brightness. The results show that the 19301 extraction product has a high yield and good RNA integrity.
