Think wild red cherry, raspberry, and cranberry, intertwined with hints of wild herb, forest floor and subtle spice.It’s an energetic Pinot Noir that we’re currently enjoying chilled during these warmer days. The flavour bursts out of the glass and we love it with a little bit of beetroot-cured salmon and a dollop of dill cream…. oh yeah, afternoon made!
