DESCRIPTION This suit lacks a manufacturer’s label, so it is not possible to determine who made it. There is, however, a label in the jacket from the fabric supplier, indicating that the cloth is of British origin. The suit itself appears to have been made in Sweden. It has several details clearly showing that it is bespoke, such as the working buttonholes on the sleeve cuffs. It is made from a dark grey fabric with a subtle twill texture. The jacket is single-breasted and fastens with three buttons. It features horizontal front pockets with flaps and a breast pocket. There is a buttonhole on the left lapel. The back is straight and closed, with no vent. As mentioned earlier, the sleeve cuffs have functioning buttonholes. The jacket is fully lined on the inside and has two inner pockets, one on each side. The trousers have double pleats, slightly slanted front pockets, and a so-called belt tunnel design, meaning that any belt would be partially hidden in a channel along the waistband. On the inside of the waistband, there are buttons for braces, and the fly is buttoned. At the back, there is one pocket on each side, both with flaps and button closures. As for the condition, the overall impression is very good. However, on closer inspection of the interior, a few minor imperfections can be found. There is a small tear in the jacket lining, and there are also some discolourations in the lining of both the jacket and trousers. These, however, do not affect the overall impression and are not visible when the suit is worn. From a craftsmanship perspective, it is a very fine suit. Please study the photos to form your own opinion of its condition. SIZE In terms of size, it corresponds closely to a modern EU 48 (UK/US 38) for both the jacket and trousers.
