DESCRIPTION This suit was made sometime during the 1950s and is of Swedish origin, branded Lejonmärket. Lejonmärket was a brand produced by Schlasbergs, a well-known Swedish manufacturer of ready-to-wear clothes that was at its peak during the 1950s and 1960s. The suit is crafted from a grey-blue fabric with a subtle pattern. Upon close inspection, you can see hints of brown in the fabric, but from a distance, the suit primarily gives a grey-blue impression. The jacket is single-breasted and fastens with three buttons. It features horizontal flap pockets, a breast pocket, and a buttonhole on the left lapel. The back is straight, without a vent. Inside, it is fully lined with two inner pockets, one on each side. The trousers have double front pleats, diagonal front pockets, and a zipper fly. They have belt loops, and inside the waistband, there are buttons for braces. The trousers also feature two back pockets, one on each side, both with button closures. The suit is completely unused and still has its original tag attached to the sleeve of the jacket. Unfortunately, it has sustained some minor damage during storage over the years. There is a small tear in the fabric on the back of the jacket. Additionally, there is a small hole on the trousers, running directly along the crease. This damage can certainly be repaired, though it may be difficult to make it completely invisible. The trousers are slightly smaller in the waist, but there is room to let them out by a few centimeters if necessary.
