We uncovered this beauty while straightening out a fabric closet! It is a textured lace from a NY designer, with an interlocking waves design. It has lovely drape yet is stable (no stretch). It is photographed it on a white background to show the pattern and sheerness. The pattern goes all the way out to the selvedges and it is lightweigt but not "flimsy".
