[This item has been autographed by hand on the side of the unit. *See image 6] A clean booster made by CAT'S Factory that has received high praise from Akira Takasaki of LOUDNESS! The CAT'S Factory signature pedal "AT-222" series is a favorite of Akira Takasaki, who uses it on stage and in a variety of other situations. To commemorate Takasaki's birthday on February 22, 2023, the "AT-222ODCB," an all-in-one overdrive (OD) and clean booster (CB) model, was produced in limited quantities. However, due to many requests for the clean booster to be released separately, the second version of Takasaki's signature clean booster, the "AT-2222," is now available! The first version, the AT-222 with a red and white rising sun pattern, was equipped with a GAIN knob as well as a switch to switch between a "Regular" mode that narrowed the high frequencies and emphasized the mids, and a "LOUDNESS" mode that literally provided a loud boost, but this AT-2222 is equipped with a BOOST knob and a BELLTONE knob. Since this BELLTONE is a knob that controls harsh high frequencies, we recommend gradually lowering it from 10 (full) to adjust it. By combining it with other distortion pedals and amplifiers, you can create detailed sounds. In addition, the true bypass system prevents damage to the original sound when the amplifier is turned off. Although this is just the AT-222ODCB clean booster, the parts have been revised from the AT-222ODCB, resulting in an even more refined sound. The casings are always elaborately designed, and this time the AT-2222 features a helmet worn by the armored warrior depicted on the cover of LOUDNESS's album "SUNBURST ~ Gamushara" printed in the center by Kamigaki of IC4DESIGN. The front plate (ornament) of this helmet is based on a random star motif with a cloud-shaped mirror pickguard attached. Also, the kanji character "Akira," which is Mr. Takasaki's signature, is printed under the helmet. CAT'S Factory pedals are used by leading guitarists and bassists such as Takasaki and Masayoshi Yamashita, but because they are only manufactured and sold to direct orders from users, they are only available at a limited number of music stores. Takasaki has given high praise to the AT-222 series, including all the models released so far. It will soon be 10 years since the release of Takasaki's first signature pedal, the AT-222, but the AT-222 is still in active use and is used in conjunction with the latest AT-2222 depending on the situation. This is an excellent model as a pedal, and is recommended not only for fans of Takasaki, but also for many guitarists. Don't miss this opportunity to incorporate the sound of this legendary guitarist! *Since each item is made entirely by hand, there may be slight individual differences between each item.
