The neck has a semi-gloss finish, and the neck joint, known as a tri-point joint, is secured at three points: two from the back of the body and one from below the front pickup. Compared to a standard bolt-on neck, the larger contact area between the neck and body results in better sustain and eliminates any slight wobble between the neck and body. The pickups are Killer's original LQ-600 and LZ-610, which, compared to the LQ-500 and LZ-510 Dyna-Bite installed in the KG-Exploder Prison, have a slightly more emphasized midrange and a more powerful sound. The truss rod can be adjusted using the wheel rod at the neck end. This allows for quick adjustment of the neck curvature by turning the wheel rod without having to remove the neck. The body shape is based on the "KG-Prime Akira Takasaki Signature 2022 Loudness 40th anniversary limited" and features a deep cutaway that prevents fingers from hitting the body when using vibrato or bending. The side position markers are made of phosphorescent material and glow in the dark, making them easy to see even on a darkened stage. The controls consist of a master volume and a direct switch. When the direct switch is turned ON, the direct sound is output regardless of the volume setting. The bridge is a Floyd Rose Thousand. The bridge cavity is deep to allow for upward tremolo arm movement. The strap pins are ESP strap locks. They allow for smooth attachment and removal of the strap.
