It contai ns Ile56-Glu182.[Accession | O14763-1] Molecular Weight The protein has a predicted MW of 17.2 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 20-25 kDa based on SDS-PAGE result. Endotoxin Less than 1EU per μg by the LAL method. Purity > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC. Activity ELISA Data: Immobilized Human TRAIL R2, His Tag at 0.5μg/ml (100μl/Well) on the plate.
