A blend of Pinot Noir, Trousseau and Poulsard, this red is a crisp and refreshing wine marked by tart red fruit and fresh herbs. Domaine du Pélican, one of the Jura's Arbois appell ation's stars, was established by outsider Guillaume d'Angerville (a Burgundian icon) in 2005.
