This bright Chardonnay is fresh, with aromatic green tarragon and thyme and a touch of texture from lees. The subtle oak influence from large, old oak brings the wine together with out imparting oak flavour and leaves the mineral clean finish that Christopher Barth is known for. Grown on slopes just below Melaphyr volcanic soils, giving a saline mineral edge. Show more
