This is a stunning example of Rheinhessen Spätburgunder. The red fruit is bright, red cherry and strawberry. Backed with the earthy undertones of wet soil and pine resin, this wine is a breath of fresh air. Christopher chooses to foot tread whole bunches to achieve the extraction he wants, complimenting the acidity structure that being grown on limestone promotes. This is a perfect lunch wine.
