Item Name: Boro Batch - Small Batch - Peafowl Test #8 - Middle Shelf SKU: BB-SB-172-OPTION172 Description: Peafowl Test #8 is a small batch borosilicate color from Boro Batch. It is a barely transparent blue green that is a bluer version of the other Peafowl tests, with a slight shimmer in the melt. This is a limited test color run, ideal for artists who like subtle shifts in tone and want to stock up while the batch is available. How it is used: Use this borosilicate color in lampworking when you want a blue green that stays light and airy rather than going fully opaque. It is well suited for blown work, small vessels, pendants, and layered color where transparency helps create depth. The slight shimmer can add visual texture in overlays and encasements, especially when paired with clean clear boro. Work it with steady, even heat to keep the color consistent and to preserve the transparent look through the shimmer. How It's Sold: This item is available by the pound (LB) or 1/4 lb.
