Are you a filter lover and want to take the first steps? Have you been brewing for a while but you never get the cup you are looking for? This course is for you! In Black Potion, w e count with a wide experience in filters - we have worked with different brewers, from pour overs (such as Orea, V60, etc...) to percolates, (such as AeroPress, French Press..) which makes us one of the leaders in this field in Belgium's coffee industry. In the Brewing course we will see the following: Grind finer or grind coarser... how does it affect the cup? Grind size considering origin, process and roasting level. How important is the water? Which temperature should you use? Pouring techniques. Does it have to be always the same way? Final test. A bag of specialty coffee from Black Potion is included in this course.
