Cell Free Protein Expression Optimization is a Design of Experiment (DoE) approach for protein targets that failed initial screening or require improved yield and solubility before downstream use. Using a proprietary reconstituted E. coli transcription-translation system, our scientists evaluate up to 4 construct variants and up to 24 reaction conditions per protein — including temperature, incubation duration, and target-specific additives such as chaperones, disulfide-bond enhancers, and cofactors.
