Whether you’re just getting started or want to strengthen your skillset, this course provides a comprehensive introduction to freediving in a hands-on, supportive environment. What You’ll Learn Freediving Disciplines: Introduction to static, dynamic, and constant weight freediving techniques. Safety & Rescue: Learn and practice safety protocols including rescues for LMC (Loss of Motor Control) and shallow water blackout. Freedive-Specific Equipment: Understand what gear you need, why it matters, and how to use it properly. Technique & Efficiency: Develop proper breathing techniques, finning form, and equalization methods for improved performance and safety. Course Format Duration: 2 full days Includes: Pool Sessions for static and dynamic training Line Diving for depth practice Classroom Sessions covering theory, safety, and equipment Boat Fees Included for open water depth training Whether you're aiming to spearfish more confidently, extend your bottom time, or simply feel safer in the water, this course sets the groundwork for real, lasting improvement.
