We roast this coffee slightly darker in color than the rest of our offerings to make the coffee easier to extract and easy for any kind of coffee drinker to enjoy. We love to brew this coffee as an espresso but it also makes a nice cup of filter coffee that you could drink all day. Sold as Whole Bean Coffee Our coffees taste best 10 days after the roast date. Our current espresso recipe for this coffee is 19g in, 40-42g out, 23-26 seconds. *We roast Tuesday, Wednesday, and ship on Thursday .
