In this course you will learn how to pull delicious espresso shots at home, taught by Ryohji Hope former Coffee Masters champion and AeroPress champion. Course length: 2 hours Lear n the technique behind brewing great espressos! You’ll get to play around with variables on a domestic machine and do taste tests to understand the influence of these variables on your espressos! From Ryohji: Hi everyone! I’m Ryohji, former AeroPress Champion and Coffee Masters Champion. In this espresso basics course, we’ll be playing around and taste testing variables, such as grind size and dose, to understand how these affect the characteristics of your espresso and how to troubleshoot so you can brew better coffees at home! This course would be great for home baristas or new baristas looking to build foundational knowledge.
