Plan overview This program is made for someone who isn’t sure where to start as it tells you what to do, how many times to do it and has a quick video with instruction on how to do it! The type of workout is based on shedding some fat and adding len muscle. The first month is 3 workouts 2 weight training days and 1 cardio day. Months 2&3 are 3 weight training days and 1 cardio.
